Stroke Analysis Lessons
All Stroke Analysis Lessons are given at UPSS, or a previously arranged outside location. Complete technique improvement with verbal instruction will be offered for each aspect of every stroke. Mirrors above and below the water’s surface at UPSS greatly enhance the learning experience.
Stroke and Video Analysis Lessons
Stroke and Video Analysis Lessons are given at UPSS, or a previously arranged outside location. All normal stroke instruction will be given, along with above and below the water’s surface video recording using GoPro, Coach’s Eye Video Analysis and Apple TV Large Screen Review.
Comprehensive “tele-stration,” much the same as the process used on football video replays, will highlight the aspects of each stroke, what needs to be improved and what is being done correctly, with full voice over recording.
Upon lesson completion, a video file will be sent by e mail to each swimmer inclusive of all of the above, and we will also maintain all swimmer’s recordings in our UPSS storage locker.
Stroke, Video and Force Analysis Lessons
Stroke, Video and Force Analysis Lessons are given at UPSS, or a previously arranged outside location. Along with the above Stroke and Video analysis, we provide comprehensive “Force Analysis” using the Aquanex System from Swimming Technology Research. Further STR information is available at https://swimmingtechnology.com/.
Each swimmer’s strokes are analyzed and shown using the Aquanex system, which video records and graphs the force analysis of every left and right hand stroke (see below.) Once Force Analysis backed stroke corrections are made, a second recording will be made, reviewed and compared against the first recording.
